Webinar Room Tab

  1. The Webinar Room tab allows you to change the settings of the webinar.

2. In Simulated Webinar Video, select the video to be shown during the webinar. You can upload video files through Video Assets > Media.
In Late Visitor Threshold, select or enter the threshold (in minutes). Attendees attending the webinar after the specified threshold are considered late.

3. In Enable Custom Waiting Room, select Enabled to provide access to update the waiting room using the Page Editor

4. In-Display on Completion, select the content to be displayed on completion of the webinar.

a. If you select No Action, no action is executed on webinar completion.



b. If you select Show Message, enter the message to be displayed to the attendees after the webinar in Webinar Completion Message

Use the toolbar to set a style for the text, set the text to Bold, Italics, or Underline, set a font, color, bulleted list, or numbering for the text, and set the alignment. Additionally, you can insert tables, images, videos or hyperlinks in the content.


c. If you select Redirect to Replay Page, the webinar will be replayed again.



d. If you select Redirect to URL, enter the website to be displayed after the webinar in Webinar Completed URL.image_5.png

  1. In Missed Webinar Action, select the content to be displayed to the attendees who show up after the completion of the webinar.

a. If you select No Action, no action is executed on missing a webinar.



b.If you select Show Message, enter the message to be displayed to the attendees, in Missed Webinar Message

c. If you select Redirect to Replay Page, the webinar will be replayed again.



d. If you select Redirect to URL, enter the website to be displayed to the attendees in Missed Webinar URL.

 

  1. In Webinar Room Message, enter the message to be displayed to the attendees during the webinar broadcast.

  1. In Webinar Room Custom CSS, enter the CSS code to customize the look and feel of the webinar room.

  1. In Enable Poll, select Enabled to enable polling questions to attendees for simulated live webinars.

a. In Show Poll At, specify the time period after which the polling question must be shown during the webinar. For example, if you have provided 30 minutes, the poll will be shown after 30 minutes of the webinar starting time.


b. In Enter Question, enter the question to be asked to the attendees.


Click Add Answer to enter the answers to the question. You can enter one or more answers.

9. In Inject Host Chat Messages, click Add Host Message to configure a message to be displayed to the attendees during the specified time period.

a. In Show Message At, specify the time period after which the message must be shown during the webinar. For example, if you have provided 1 hour, the call to action will be shown 1 hour after the webinar starting time.


b. In Add Host Message, enter the message to be displayed.

c. Click to delete the host message. A confirmation message appears, where you must click OK to proceed; otherwise, click No.

  1. In Simulated Live Timed Call to Action Buttons, click Add Call to Action to configure action to be taken by attendees attending the simulated live webinars.

a. Show Call To Action At, specify the time period after which the call to action button must be shown during the webinar. For example, if you have provided 1 hour, the call to action will be shown 1 hour after the webinar starting time.


b.In Visible For, specify the time period to keep the call to action button must be visible during the webinar. For example, if you have provided 30 minutes, the call to action will be visible for 30 minutes.



c. In Button Color, select a color for the action button.



d. In Button Icon, select the action button to be displayed.


e. In Button Label, enter a label for the button.


f. In Offer URL, enter the website to be displayed during the button click.


g. In Offer Copy, enter any additional information for the action.


Click to delete the configured action. A confirmation message appears, where you must click OK to proceed; otherwise click No

  1. Enable Preset Live Offer, select Enabled to share details of the live offer to the attendees during the webinar. Provide details such as offer description, offer URL, and a label for the Offer button.

  1. The Replay Options tab allows you to configure the settings for any replay videos after the webinar is completed.

In Webinar Replay Video, select the video to be replayed. You can upload video files through Video Assets > Media.


In At End of Replay, select Display Replay Over Message or Send to Destination URL to show a message or view a website after the replay video.



  1. If you select No Action, no action is executed after the replay.


  2. If you select Display Replay Over Message, enter the message to be displayed after watching the replay, in Replay Over Message.

If you select Send to Destination URL, enter the website to be displayed after the replay video is completed, in Replay Destination URL.

  1. Hit Save Webinar once done with the preferred settings.
