Configuring Content In The Editor

The Editor is used to update the content in the box selected while customizing the registration page, thank you page, webinar room, or replay room.  

Click the box to be edited and then click Editor . The following screen appears. 

Note - Click this icon again to hide the screen.

Editor page

The tabs in the Editor screen appear based on the page you are customizing. The following tabs are available in the screen. 

Click Save Changes after you update the contents in these tabs.

Active Box Tab

The Active Box tab allows you to edit the content in the box that is selected.

  1. Add the required text in the message area.

    Use the following toolbar to set a style for the text, set the text to Bold, Italics, or Underline, set a font and font size, font color and background color, bulleted list, or numbering for the text, and set the alignment. Additionally, you can use HTML codes, insert tables, images, special icons, emoticons, videos or hyperlinks in the text.

  2. Click Custom Page Tags to add tags to customize your text. The following screen appears, where you can click  corresponding to the required tags to add them to the text.

  3. In Background Image, you can add a background image for the box. Click corresponding to the image to remove it and upload another image.

    Click Upload Image to select an image from your computer and upload it here.

    Click Select from existing and the following screen appears, where you can select an image from the existing ones and click Insert Image to use it.

    Click  corresponding to an image to view it.
    Click corresponding to an image to delete it.

  4. In Image Position, select a position for the background image to appear.

  5. In Element Style, enter a custom style for the box, if required.

  6. In Background Color, click to provide a background color for the box. You can select a color, enter the value of the required color, or enter the red, green, and/or blue values corresponding to R, G, or B.

Work Space Tab

The Work Space tab allows you to edit the other parts of the page such as the background of the page, or the header and footer of the page.

Main Background represents the entire page, and Master Container represents the combination of the header, body and the footer in the page.

The following can be updated corresponding to Main Background, Master Container, Header, Body, and Footer.

  1. In Background Image, add an image to appear in the background.

    You can upload an image from your computer or select an image from the existing ones.

  2. In Image Position, select a position for the background image to appear.

  3. In Background Color, click to provide a background color for the box. You can select a color, enter the value of the required color, or enter the red, green, and/or blue values corresponding to R, G, or B.

  4. In Height or Width, drag the slide bar or click the  icons to increase or decrease the height or width of the boxes in the respective container.

Optin Tab

The OptIn tab allows you to select another template for the optin box in the registration page where you enter information to register for the webinar. This tab appears only if you select to Edit Registration Page.

To change an optin box:

  1. Remove the existing optin box by selecting this box in the page and clicking Remove Box. Click OK in the confirmation screen.

  2. Select the required template from the OptIn tab and click Insert Selected Opt-In to insert the selected template.

Countdown Timer Tab

The Countdown Timer tab allows you to add or replace the countdown timer in the Thank You Page. It shows a countdown from the current date and time until the start of the webinar.

Do the settings in this tab when you select to Edit Thank You Page.

To change a countdown timer box:

 

  1. Remove the existing countdown timer box by selecting this box in the page and clicking Remove Box. Click OK in the confirmation screen.
  1. Select the required format from the Countdown Timer tab and click Insert Selected Timer to insert the selected format.

 

Webinar Video Tab

The Webinar Video tab allows you to customize the webinar room and replay video pages by enabling the required information such as the video frame or the chat window.

This tab appears if you select to Edit Webinar Room or Edit Replay Video.

  1. Select the Insert Webinar Frame check box to insert a webinar video.
    - Select the required Video Aspect Ratio. You can select the Disable Aspect Ratio check box to disable this option.
    - Enter the required height and width for the video in Video Height and Video Width respectively.

  2. Select the Insert Webinar Chat Box to add or replace a chat window to the page.

  3. Select Insert Promotional Panel Box to add or replace the box below the chat box.
