Editing Webinar Pages

This section allows you to update the functioning of the webinar. It includes editing the link to access the webinar, email settings for webinar attendees, and customizing the registration and thank you pages.

Click these tabs to update the corresponding settings, and then click Save Webinar to save the changes done.

Dashboard Tab

The Dashboard tab provides an overview of the webinar and an insight on how the webinar performs. It includes a count of webinar visitors, webinar registrations, webinar views, and replay views, and also includes reports webinar registrations per day, recent activities on this webinar, and attendance rates.

General Tab

The General tab allows you to edit the general settings of scheduling the webinar such as title of the webinar, the link to access the webinar, and time schedule of the webinar.

  • In Webinar URL, specify the link to the webinar registration page. Click View Webinar to open this link.
  • In Webinar Title, enter a title for this webinar.
  • In Event Timezone, select a time zone for hosting this webinar.
  • In Webinar Time, specify the day and time for hosting this webinar. For information on Run Hourly, Run Once, and Run Every, see Step 4 in Create Your First Webinar.

Email Funnel Tab

The Email Funnel tab allows the host of the webinar to schedule confirmation, reminder, and followup emails to be sent to the attendees of the webinar.

Provide the following information for all types of emails.

  • From indicates the email address of the webinar host. These account settings can be done in My Account > Settings > Email and Messaging.
  • In Subject, enter a subject for the email.
  • Enter the message to be sent to the attendees.

    You can use template codes in the message to represent attendees, webinar, or day and time details.

    Use the toolbar in the email area to format the message.

    You can set a style for the text, set the text to Bold, Italics, or Underline, set a font, color, bulleted list, or numbering for the text, and set the alignment. Additionally, you can insert tables, images, videos or hyperlinks in the content.

    Confirmation - The Confirmation tab allows you to create the email message to be sent immediately to people registering for the webinar.

    Reminder - The Reminder tab allows you to create the email message to be sent as reminders to people registered for the webinar before it begins.

  • In Time, select Minutes, Hours, or Days, and specify the time to send the email before the webinar. You can enter the time or use the icons to set the time.
  • Click Add Reminder to set another reminder message for a different time setting.
  • Click Remove Email to remove the reminder message.

Followup - The Followup tab allows you to create the email message to be sent as a followup to people registered for the webinar after the session is completed.

Followup emails

  • In Time, select Minutes, Hours, or Days, and specify the time to send the email after the webinar. You can enter the time or use the icons to set the time.
  • Click Add Followup to set another followup message for a different time setting.
  • Click Remove Email to remove the followup message.

Did Not Attend - The Did Not Attend tab allows you to create the email message to be sent to people who have registered for the webinar but have not attended the same.

Early Abandon - The Early Abandon tab allows you to create the email message to be sent to people who have registered for the webinar, have attended the same for a while, and have dropped out of the session.

Template Codes - The Template codes tab displays the codes to be used for customizing your emails.

Custom Integrations Tab

The Custom Integrations tab allows you to provide information to integrate the webinar with different services.

  • In Google Analytics Code, enter the analytics code to integrate this webinar with Google.
  • In Custom Footer Code, enter the customized code to integrate this webinar with any other tool.
  • In Third Party Integration, enter the code to integrate JetWebinar with another marketing service. Also select the respective data to represent the fields such as Name, Last name, Email, Phone, Time registered, Time scheduled, Webinar URL, and Replay URL.

Registration Page Tab

The Registration Page tab allows you to customize the appearance of the webinar registration page.

  • In Registration Video, select the video to be displayed during the webinar registration. You can upload video files through Upload Your First Video.
  • In Timeslots to Display, select the number of timeslots to be displayed for the webinar registration.
  • Select the Show Watch Replay check box to display the option of watching and attending the webinar immediately, during the registration. You can also select not to watch or attend the webinar immediately and select a different timeslot for attending the webinar.
  • Select the Watch Replay Only check box to display the option of watching and attending the webinar immediately, during the registration.
  • In Webinar Description, enter a text to be displayed in the webinar registration page.
  • In Presenter, enter the name of the person hosting the webinar, and select Upload Custom Image to upload an image to be displayed in the webinar registration page. Click Choose File to browse to the location in your computer, select the file and the click Open to upload it here.

    Select Use Default Placeholder Image to use a default image.

    Select Use Custom Hosted Image URL and enter the website link to the image to be displayed in the registration page.

    Note - You can add details of two presenters.
  • In Include fields, select the check box corresponding to the fields to be displayed in the webinar registration page. People registering for this webinar must enter information for these fields.

Thank You Page Tab

The Thank You Page tab allows you to select the video to be displayed after completing the webinar registration. You can upload video files through Upload Your First Video.

Webinar Room Tab

The Webinar Room tab allows you to change the settings of the webinar.

  • In Webinar Video, select the video to be shown during the webinar. You can upload video files through Upload Your First Video.
  • In Webinar Video Length, enter the duration of this video by specifying the number of Hours, Minutes, and Seconds. You can enter the duration or use the icons.
  • In Video Width/Height, enter the size (width and height) of this video.
  • Select the Handle Late Visitors check box to provide additional settings for handling the attendees coming late to the webinar.

    - In Late Visitor Threshold, specify the number of Hours, Minutes, and Seconds to be considered as a threshold for the late attendees. You can enter the time or use the icons.

    - In Late Visitor Action, select the action to be performed after the specified threshold time. This can be Show Late Visitor Video, Show Late Message, or Redirect to URL.

    (i) If you select the action as Show Late Visitor Video, select the video to be displayed to the late attendees, in Late Visitor Video. You can upload video files through Upload Your First Video.

    (ii) If you select the action as Show Late Message, enter the message to be displayed to the late attendees, in Late Message.

    Use the toolbar to set a style for the text, set the text to Bold, Italics, or Underline, set a font, color, bulleted list, or numbering for the text, and set the alignment. Additionally, you can insert tables, images, videos or hyperlinks in the content.

    (iii) If you select the action as Redirect to URL, enter the website to be displayed to the late attendees, in Late Visitor URL.

  • In Display on Completion, select the content to be displayed on completion of the webinar.

    - If you select Webinar Completion Message, enter the message to be displayed to the attendees after the webinar, in Webinar Completion Message.

    Use the toolbar to set a style for the text, set the text to Bold, Italics, or Underline, set a font, color, bulleted list, or numbering for the text, and set the alignment. Additionally, you can insert tables, images, videos or hyperlinks in the content.

    - If you select Redirect to Replay Page, the webinar will be replayed again.

    - If you select Redirect to URL, enter the website to be displayed after the webinar, in Webinar Completed URL.

  • In Missed Webinar Action, select the content to be displayed to the attendees who show up after the completion of the webinar.

    - If you select Missed Webinar Message, enter the message to be displayed to the attendees, in Missed Webinar Message.

    Use the toolbar to set a style for the text, set the text to Bold, Italics, or Underline, set a font, color, bulleted list, or numbering for the text, and set the alignment. Additionally, you can insert tables, images, videos or hyperlinks in the content.

  • In Basic Sales Copy, enter a message to be shown to the attendees of the webinar.

    Use the toolbar to set a style for the text, set the text to Bold, Italics, or Underline, set a font, color, bulleted list, or numbering for the text, and set the alignment. Additionally, you can insert tables, images, videos or hyperlinks in the content.

  • Enable Call to Action #1 or #2 and provide the following information to be shown to the attendees of the webinar.

    - In Image, select a picture for the button to be shown.
    - In Target URL, enter the website to be displayed on the button–click.
    - In Show Button At, specify the number of Hours, Minutes, and Seconds when the button must be shown after the webinar start time.
    - In Show Button For, specify the number of Hours, Minutes, and Seconds for which the button must be shown.

    Enter the time or use the  icons.

    - In Sales Copy, enter any additional message to be shown to the webinar attendees.

    Use the toolbar to set a style for the text, set the text to Bold, Italics, or Underline, set a font, color, bulleted list, or numbering for the text, and set the alignment. Additionally, you can insert tables, images, videos or hyperlinks in the content.

Note - Set the Call To Action as Disabled if you do not require it.

Replay Options Tab

The Replay Options tab allows you to do the settings for any replay videos after the webinar is completed.

Select the Replay Available check box and then provide the information specified in this section.

  • In Replay Timing, select Available During Window if the replay videos are available only for a specific time, or select Always Available if the replay videos are available anytime.

    Enter the following if you select Available During Window:

    - In Minutes Before Available, specify in minutes, when the replay video will be available before the webinar.

    - In Replay Ends, specify when the replay video ends, in number of Hours, Minutes, and Seconds.

    Enter the time or use the  icons.

    Enter the following if you select Always Available:

    - In Evergreen URL, enter the website you can access to view the replay videos whenever required.

  • In At End of Replay, select Display Replay Over Message or Send to Destination URL to show a message or view a website after the replay video.

    - If you select Display Replay Over Message, enter the message to be displayed after watching the replay, in Replay Over Message.

    Use the toolbar to set a style for the text, set the text to Bold, Italics, or Underline, set a font, color, bulleted list, or numbering for the text, and set the alignment. Additionally, you can insert tables, images, videos or hyperlinks in the content.

    - If you select Send to Destination URL, enter the website to be displayed after the replay video is completed, in Replay Destination URL.
