Create Your First Webinar

To schedule a new webinar, go to Webinars > All Webinars and click Add New or go to Webinars > Add Webinar, and then execute the following steps.

  1. Select a template from the available templates, for creating your webinar.

  2. Click Next Step and the following page appears.

  3. Webinar Basic Information

    • In Webinar Title, enter a name for the Webinar.
    • In Webinar URL, enter the link to be used for the webinar registration or landing page.
    • In Presenter Name, enter the name of the person conducting the webinar 
  4. Click Next Step and the following page appears.

  5. Click Next Step and the following page appears.

    Set Webinar Time


    • In Presenter Timezone, select the timezone of the presenter.
    • Select Run Hourly, Run Once, or Run Every, to schedule the webinar to be conducted on an hourly basis, on a specified date and time, or on a specified weekday and time each week respectively.
      If you select Run Once, click  to select the date and time of the webinar. You can also enter the date and time.
      If you select Run Every, select the weekday and time to conduct the webinar.
      Click Add Another Time to schedule a different time for the webinar.
      Click Add Another Weekday to select another weekday to conduct the webinar.
      Click  to remove the specified data.
    • Click  to select a time period for conducting this webinar. Select the From date and To Date and click Apply to apply the changes.
    • Select the Show Webinar Continuously check box if you require the webinar to be conducted automatically.

  6. Click Create Webinar to create the webinar.
